The Restaurant

Eating out should be something special and we guarantee that our chef and our restaurants will give you an extraordinary experience. And while you're savouring the food and drink, you can also enjoy the paintings and objets d'art that Sture brought back from his travels around the world.

We have three restaurants: the Blue banqueting hall pictured below, the Spanish dining-room with its elm wall-panelling specially taken from the avenue at Regementsgatan in Malmö, and the Skånska dining-room with its distinctly Scanian atmosphere.

Our wine-cellar and its accompanying wine shop offer a rustic milieu, well suited to prize-giving and coffee after golf tournaments. This is also the perfect place to eat grilled wild boar with foaming beer.
